Come learn to dye different shades of your favorite color in just one pot! In the first half of this class, we will dye eight sections of roving, using two different methods. After lunch, we’ll use a third method on yarn. Later, when the roving is dryer, we will use drafting, spinning, and plying techniques to blend your shades smoothly from light to dark. We can also experiment with different plying methods and how they affect the shades of the resulting yarn.
